Elin Hedenskog creates sought after jewelry for an international clientele from her London based atelier. Her pieces are reflective of the multi-cultural influences soaked up throughout her upbringing. Born in 1976 in Stockholm, Elin studied Jewelry Design BA (BA Honors) and Gemology (FGA) in the UK.
A necklace, ring or pair of cufflinks might remind you of a Byzantine archeological find while simultaneously exuding an air of Scandinavian simplicity. Elin Hedenskog’s hallmarks are intricate details, such as minute astral motives, sumptuous color. Combinations of yellow and white gold, silver and a wide range of selected gemstones from all over the world.
Recently she has also concentrated on painting on canvas in acrylic using gold and silver leaf as a contrast to saturated, strong colures. The motives range from realistic to abstract elements of the imagery used in her jewelry.
